Problems with your account

1. I forgot my password. What should I do?

   If you forgot your password, you can click on "Forgot password?" at the login screen. Then you enter your e-mail address and click on "Generate new password". You will receive an e-mail with a new password. If you then want to change this password, see How can I change my password?.

2. How can I change my password?

   Once you are logged in, click on "My account " in the menu on the left. In order to change your password, you must first enter your current password. You then enter your new password and repeat this password, to prevent typos. To implement your changes, click on "Change".
   You can now use your new password. You will receive a confirmation with your new password via e-mail.
